There two types of accounts at Greenwood for students and teachers that have different passwords (and usernames):


  1. Online (web) username for Google, On (school's website), etc. (e.g. firstname.lastname@greenwoodcollege.com)

  2. Local for school laptops and wireless access (e.g. firstname_lastname)




Note: As of 2025, we use a "." instead of "_" to separate the first name and last name (eg firstname.lastname instead of firstname_lastname) for device access. Most usernames follow this format but some teachers may still use firstname_lastname.
